An exception to the usual house flavour, this Robusto is an excellent introduction to curious palates. Fresh, herbaceous and light in taste, its charm is further accentuated through its even burn and highly floral aroma. This cigar has two different faces. As it has been always underrated, it may have been because this special smoke needs years of ageing to develop its real qualities. Very mild and bland when new, but after a process of at least four years maturing, superb herbal flavours arise in great balance with medium tobacco taste.
The Connosseur No.2 is a unique vitola within the Habanos portfolio and in the factories of Cuba, its shape is known as Bohemios (Bohemians in English). It measures 5 ¼” (134mm) x 51.
It is the first Havana cigar to boast a ring gauge of 51 and joins the Connosseur A, B and No.1 within the H. Upmann classic portfolio.
The cigar is light-bodied, smooth, and very enjoyable even it is still young. Extra aging will just make this cigar ever so better.
ABOUT THIS CIGAR: Habanos S.A. introduced the H.Upmann Connossieur A end of 2013 as part of the Casa del Habano Series. H.Upmann was founded in Havana in 1844. The brand is a fine example of elegant light to medium flavored Habanos. Connossieur is a historic Linea within the H.Upmann brand. This Linea is now updated with the new Connossieur A, a new trendy vitola that incorporates for the first time the new Connossieur exclusive ring.

Four years after releasing the Connossieur A, Habanos introduced the Connossieur B or "Connie B" for the connoisseurs! A logical addition to the historical linea within the H. Upmann brand founded in La Havana in 1844. Following the new trend set by the release of the Punch 48 exclusively destined to both Habanos Specialists & La Casa del Habanos, the Connossieur B holds the 'new' 2nd golden band with both logos giving it that moden & sophisticated look! Presented in SLB's of 25 units, this new H. Upmann is slightly bigger than its sibling, a "Geniales" sizing 150 mm in length with a ring gauge of 54. This Robusto Extra sports the typical mild H. Upmann flavours and has the required potential for long(er) term ageing.
