The first very rare issue of "ART NOUVEAU SERIES" – Vegas Robaina Clasicos Vintage 2007 - was officially presented during the international cigar festival Moscow Aficionados Cigar Festival 2020 on October 10, 2020.
Only 80 numbered gold-plated faience jars 25 cigars each (RG42 * 165 mm) will be issued totaling 2000 issue of aged Vegas Robaina Clasicos cigars discontinued for regular production in 2012 which makes it exclusive for the connoisseurs of excellence of those two arts.
Each jar was hand-made and individually decorated by porcelain artists in the famous town of Gzhel which is just 50 km (30 miles) from Moscow.
The unique release of Art Nouveau Serie “Vegas Robaina Clasicos 2007” is dedicated to the Russian Avant-garde – one of the modernist movements in Russia, the efflorescence of which was at the beginning of the 20th century. Russian Avant-garde is notable for its radicalism, passion, spiritual and art revolution, also for its aspiration for attaining excellence, and the culmination point at the top of aesthetic enjoyment. For this design release, there was used the artwork of Wassily Kandinsky (1866-1944) “Image with Arrow”, 1928. Kandinsky was the founding father of the Russian abstractionism, who makes the human soul vibrate, just as a magnificent Habano made “Totalmente a Mano con Tripa Larga“- Totally by hand with Long Filler, after a careful selection of wrapper, filler, and binder leaves from the Vuelta Abajo* area, in the Pinar del Río* region, considered to be the best tobacco-growing land in the world.

About this cigar: The H. Upmann Sir Winston Gran Reserva 2011 Cigar is a truly unique and highly coveted cigar.
It's vitola, 'Churchill', is one of the most famous vitolas available, which takes its name after Winston Churchill who was hardly ever seen without a cigar. This very popular sized vitola measures 178mm in length by 47 ring gauge.
These rare cigars have been hand rolled by the expert hands of Cuba's torcedors and the tobacco used in these Cuban cigars have been sourced from a crop cultivated in 2011. The tobacco leaves used have been grown in the Pinar del Rio province of Cuba, meaning these cigars are considered to be made from the very best tobacco farms in the world.
This is the first time H. Upmann has been chosen for a Gran Reserva release, so enthusiasts of the brand are very excited about it. Every Gran Reserva cigar contains tobacco which has been aged for a minimum of five years and is then released only when there has been enough tobacco produced. This difference means the production of these cigars are not rushed and only the most premium tobaccos are used.
