About this Cigar: First release of the Edmundo Dantes brand exclusively for the Mexican market. Edmundo Dantes Conde 109 comes in 109 format (7 1/4 x 50) and only 600 boxes of 25 cigars were released in 2007.
Because Montecristo is a “global” brand it cannot be used for an Edición Regional. As such, the Edmundo Dantes brand was used for this release. The Edmundo Dantes are distributed by Importadora y Exportadora de Puros y Tabacos, which is the official Habanos importer for Mexico.

This cigar has been produced to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Habanos Distributor in the Middle East, Phoenicia Trading.
Such a special event requires a very special treat, and for this Habanos SA produced the Ramon Allones Phoenicio. This is the first vitola to be named after a company, an honor granted to Phoenicia by Habanos as a sign of appreciation for long years of hard work and smooth successful business relations.
The Ramón Allones Phoenicio Edición Regional Exclusivo Líbano, is one of the REs released to the market for 2008, which means they actually got to the market closer to 2009. Originally only 6,000 boxes of 30 cigars each were supposed to be sold in Beirut’s duty-free shops, the only place you could buy them on the market, but the cigar’s huge popularity prompted the trader to release a secondary production run of 3,000 boxes of 15 cigars.

The Diplomaticos Bushido Cigar is a Regional Edition Cuban Cigar from the Asia Pacific area of the world. The Diplomaticos Bushido measures 7 1/4 inches by 50 Ring gauge. Its vitola is known as the ’109’, famous for its tapered head similar to that of a piramide but more rounded at the top. An almost totally forgotten Vitola amongst modern Cuban cigars.
The Bushido really is extra special because it was produced to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the first Japanese citizen visiting Cuba! The citizen was of course a Samurai (Bushido could translate to “the way of the Samurai”) and this message can be seen through the carefully crafted Cigar stick but also its outer packaging.
The Cigar itself comes packaged in decorative outer box which demonstrates its Pacific routes. The ornate black shell with gold foil really enhances the Samurai based history.

We are delighted to announce the arrival of our much anticipated 2018 Habanos UK Regional Edition El Rey De Mundo - "La Reina" (the Queen).
The cigars measure 7 1⁄2 inches (192mm) x 38 ring gauge and are presented in SBN boxes of 24 (3 rows of 8). Each cigar is finished with a signature pigtail, synonymous with the Laguito No.1 vitola and all have been rolled at the world famous El Laguito factory in Havana, the spiritual home for this iconic size.
The size was created by Eduardo Rivera and the first to be offered to President Fidel Castro in 1963, almost two decades before it was commercially launched and made available as the Cohiba Lanceros in 1982.
Today the most qualified and skilled technicians for this challenging size remain at the factory and for this reason, the Cuban Cigar Industry decided to locate all of the La Reina production at the prestigious El Laguito factory. We believe this is a first for any Habanos Regional Edition.
The second Israeli Regional Edition cigar (after Ramon Allones - Petit Robustos in 2011) has been finally release in 2022. About this cigar: The Por Larrañaga Larrañaga 47 or PL47 for short is a classic “Churchill” vitola and is presented in an impressive unvarnished Semi Boîte Nature box of 50 cigars. This is the first time a UK Habanos Regional Edition has been offered to the market in this format. As with some previous UK Regional Editions, an old papeleta from the brand has been recreated to dress the outside of the box.
Unlike most cabinets/boxes housing fifty Habanos, the cigars are layered in three rows of thirteen and one row of eleven rather than tied into a bundle with ribbon. This style of box is considered an outstanding way of ageing cigars in the medium and long term.
Only 1,500 numbered boxes have been produced which will be made available exclusively to the UK market
The name Por Larrañaga, which means “By Larrañaga”, was first registered in Havana by Ignacio Larrañaga in 1834. This was just 24 years after the very first cigar brands were registered, and makes Por Larrañaga the oldest brand of handmade Habanos still in production.
Although Por Larrañaga is classified light to medium bodied, and is relatively subtle and easy going, it has a reputation for outstanding ageing potential. Previous UK Regional Editions from the brand, most notably the 2007 Magnifico, have born this out and have become extremely collectable.
