About this brand: Herman Upmann was a banker who loved cigars and from Germany he moved to Havana in 1844 and set up as both banker and cigar maker. In 1920’s his bank closed but his cigars live on as example of an elegant and light to medium flavour Habano. H. Upmann blend is composed from filler and binder of the Vuelta Abajo zone. Among the best known H. Upmann sizes are the Magnum 46 and the Magnum 50 introduced in 2008. Important also to include are Sir Winston, the Connoisseur No.1 and smaller vitolas such as Corona Junior and Half Corona introduced in 2011.
About this cigar: The unique vitola of H. Upmann's Connosseur No. 2 is known as Bohemios in Cuba, and stands out in the Habanos portfolio. With a ring gauge of 51, it joins the classic Connosseur A, B, and No.1 cigars. This smooth and light-bodied cigar is already enjoyable when young, but aging will only enhance its flavors.

We think the H. Upmann Magnum 46 cigars limited availability makes it a very desired smoke among aficionados. Exploding with savoury flavours of spiced wood and exotic accents through the second and third tier, the main H.Upmann blend is present with medium to strong tobacco flavours remaining dominant. This is all about that old school Havana flavour profile.
