Refunds & Returns Procedure

Damaged or Faulty Products – In the event that your products arrive damaged or faulty, let us know and we’ll arrange for a return and refund. Carriage charges are also refundable for faulty goods
In the event of customer dissatisfaction – Any products returned unopened, unused and undamaged in line with the Consumer Contracts regulations (formerly Distance Selling) are entitled to a 100% refund of the price of the product if we are informed within 7 days of the receipt. You then have a further 7 days to return the product at your own expense. All goods returned must be clearly labeled and have full documentation enclosed, including the reason for its return. All returnable goods must be reported to Havana Cigar Exchange Ltd. Goods returned without any notice will not be accepted.
Returning Products – To return your order to us, simply ensure that the package is wrapped securely. Kindly include your full name and contact phone number within the package so that we can confirm the receipt at the end and arrange for the service payment.
