The name “Vegueros,” meaning ‘Farmers’, reflects the brand’s deep roots in Cuban agricultural tradition. True to its heritage, Vegueros cigars maintain a rustic, authentic character, with vitola names inspired by the terminology used by Cuban tobacco growers.
Centrogordos continues this tradition. The name refers to the second highest layer of leaves on tobacco plants, known for their balance of strength and aroma. This vitola marked the first addition to the Vegueros range since the Centrofinos in 2019 and introduced a completely new size to the Habanos portfolio.
Measuring 3 ⅞” (100mm) with a 54 ring gauge, the Centrogordos delivers a rich, medium-to-full bodied smoking experience in a compact format—ideal for those seeking intensity without a lengthy time commitment.
